 "Recently, I attended a “Show & Tell” event, organized by Foundation of Life – an organization that I am fortunate to be part of. The boys and girls from remote rural India, presented a three hour show with such confidence and passion that was awesome to say the least. These were a set of boys and girls who have not attended any formal schooling and were destined to spend the rest of their lives doing practically nothing. It is fascinating to see how training, education and above all confidence can change lives. The message they gave was “You gave us the confidence. Now we are ready to face the world...". I am extremely fortunate to be part of a shining world. Over the last 10 years or so, part of my entrepreneurial career, I have worked with great set of colleagues, partners, investors and customers. The world today, provides each one us with opportunities and it is entirely up to each one of us to make a difference. At Gradatim, we place great emphasis on our value system.
